The Minster Practice, Lichfield

The Chairman of the patient participation group is Mr. Ted Ashley.
He was Secretary to the South Staffordshire Community Health Council from 1974 until his retirement in 2000. The Community Health Council was an independent statutory body committed to getting the best health service for its local community. The patients watchdog had wide responsibilities to monitor local health services and acted as patient advocate.
He is resident in Lichfield and has been registered with the practice since 1950.
