Practice patient surveys

The Minster Practice has been carrying out anonymous patient satisfaction surveys for over 20 years. Initially these involved large numbers of patients (up to 1000) but advances in the statistics of opinion polls has allowed the numbers required for each survey to be much lower enabling easier analysis. The results are presented to our Patient Participation Group.
Currently the commercial survey GPAQ is being used in 3 forms: posted out to random patients, handed out to surgery attenders and now a web based version has been added at Service temporarily withdrawn

This is hosted by a private company and only one set of answers are processed from one PC. Different family members wishing to contribute to the survey will need a paper based version from surgery.
