The group will not be a vehicle for personal or individual clinical or other complaints but group members will

	receive reports about and comment on operational matters relating to the management of the practice
	receive reports and comment on services and facilities offered
	make suggestions regarding the above areas
	choose to be addressed by practice staff or external specialists on matters relating to the generality of national health services
	develop and contribute to a patient newsletter
	solicit or receive comments from patients on the practice list
