Promote bone health

bulleteat a healthy diet containing lots of calcium rich foods such as milk, cheese and yoghurt. Aim for 700mg calcium per day
bulletstop smoking
bulletkeep alcohol intake within safe limits
bullettake 30 minutes regular weight bearing exercise at least 3 times per week
