From time to time we receive donations of funds from
patients and families. These donations will be acknowledged here.
| With the funds donated below, the practice
has purchased an Oximeter. When asthmatics are having serious
difficulty with breathing there is a shortage of oxygen available.
However, the seriousness of the shortage is difficult to assess. This
equipment measures the amount of oxygen in the blood without even having
to pierce the skin. The result will be more accurate assessment of the
situation and better treatment as a result. |
