The Minster Practice, Lichfield

This website should only be used by patients registered with the Minster Medical GP General Practice which provides services to residents  within the City of Lichfield, Staffordshire, England. This is because the health information provided on this website supplements the information provided by Doctor Michael Causer within the Minster Practice area of the Health Centre. If the medical information on the website is read in isolation from practice based information it may be incomplete.

The Primary Care Trust has upgraded the Health Centre switchboard to one that you have to press a series of numbers to get to the required service. As we wished to maintain a personal service and ensure that  a staff member answers your call, we were forced to move our phone system off the switchboard and change our phone number. Our number is (01543) 44 09 09.

The OUT OF HOURS number is 0300 1 30 30 30 (free call from BT landlines)

If you are not registered with the practice, please do not proceed any further. Registered patients should read the site warning before proceeding and also take note of the copyright notice displayed there.

The site is developed and updated in response to this GP practice patients' requests for information. Once the information is located it will either be displayed on this site or sent by e-mail.
